Self Improvement
Self improvement leads to a more fulfilling
life
The term 'self improvement' for some people is
often associated with some kind of unwanted effort, of someone
implying that they're 'imperfect' or even 'incomplete as
person', hence the need to 'self-improve'.
On the other side of the coin are those who
seem to have a never ending need for self improvement and self
development, always seeking higher ideals for their self.
The Seven Habits of Highly Effective

Neither of those two seeming opposites are
right or wrong - just two different ways of looking at life and
oneself. The first group is usually content with who they are
and are simply seeking other fulfilments in life, often of
external stimuli. Whereas the second group finds more
fulfilment from internal stimuli and seeks satisfaction from
inner resources, rather than external ones.
